Nothing but noise here on both. 17675 has less noise, though. No
detectable signal..

Routine maintenance to our transmiter requires us to be off-air on
Wednesday 2245-0500 UTC. [which is Thursday 16 Sep 1045-1700 NZST]
RNZI Internet services will maintain a normal service

So I guess it was planned that they would not have been on 17675 but
they should be on 11820 now. Something must have gone wrong.

I'm just a little confused if that service was supposed to be today or
yesterday.
