I'm not 100% certain about this, but as I recall the MARS callsigns
starting
withh NN are Navy/Marine stations, those starting with AA are Army, and
those
srarting with AF are AirForce.

It's listed by Mark Fine in the Smart-R8 software for the Drake as "Navy
MARS". I confirmed activity on it a few times but can't remember what
service for sure.
