You might want to check your Outlook Express settings.

When you reply to a post, there is nothing to indicate what belongs to the message you're replying to, and where your text starts.

If you disagree with the message you're replying to, it ends up looking like you're changing your position faster than a certain Presidential candidate...

Not sure what or where the settings in outlook express are, but it'll probably have something to do with "replies" and "quoting".
