Well, I don't see what is false or misleading about that statement.
The didn't describe in any detail at all what made up the circuitry of
that radio. If they had promised a PLL double conversion receiver
circuit then delivered a cheap single conversion set then that would
be misleading. But the radio is digital...it has a digital display.
Just like the old digital clocks from the 1970's with a digital
display turned by an ac motor.

"digital radio" for sale brand new at the stores. The "digital radio"
label was put on by the manufacturers, not by the stores.
because of that, at first I thought that these were the new digital
radios. However, upon further investigation, they turned out to be only
regular analog radios with digital readout.
I wonder how they can get away with this false advertising.
