I'm currently listening to these guys on 4146 kHz @ 1151 UTC from
Pacific NW USA. Some strange stuff on 4149 kHz.. Almost sounded like
Terrance & Philipp from South Park. It seems to be a Russian lady
conversing with a Russian guy. Only English used so far was, "Listen,
Old Man, Good Bye!" Signals at about 40 dB over s9.

4146 and 4149 are maritime frequencies, in use worldwide.
