I did not know that Chupacabras ate SW transmitters. The
transmitter is remote operated so it would not be due to it
eating the engineer.

Anyway at 2:42 UTC they are still not on the air. I expect that
they will not show up until 5:00 UTC when they are on 11820.

A carrier just came up on 17675 @ 2:52 UTC and audio @ 2:53 UTC.

And off again at 3:30 UTC. Must still be having transmitter problems.

There was a carrier for one minute 3:38 to 3:39 and it's gone again.
