I started monitoring 11.175 at 14:50z and heard a message of 217

characters,
(the longest message I've ever heard--previous longest was about 120).

This
message was heard on this frequency only. During the repeat message,

Offutt
came up with other message traffic. This message was heard on 5
frequencies. This is unusual. I had never heard two different EAMs go

out
on 11.175 at the same time. I have heard the same message slightly

delayed
(receiving 2 stations).

It's called "doubling". Hams do it all the time.

Understand also that the Mil Traffic ComSta today
are staffed by 19-24 year olds who likely
grew up with the Internet and haven't never
owned or operated a CB or any other radio TX
(mabey a FRS at the mall when they were 14 ?)
and know how to work a radio. (not a disparaging
comment but a statement of likely facts)

Still curious traffic however. Likely it's because the election
is so close and MIL/OHS/FBI and everyone else are now
talking to each other. It's all timing and **syncronicity**.
