The U.S.A. gets "."
The UN and the UK doesn't. Why?
They don't have a point.
Okay, so the U.S.A. has three points. What are these 3 points? Inquiring
minds want to know.
I'm not Mr. Language person.
Abbreviations can have a "." or not after capitalized letters.
My dictionary lists USA, UK with and without the "." but only shows UN
without so it's just the UN that is pointless in more ways than one.
