According to this week's Media Network newsletter, a special tribute to John
Peel will be broadcast on Friday 29 October on the BBC World Service, in the
time slots normally occupied by John's programme which are, in the case of
Europe 08:32, 12:32 and 18:32 UTC Friday and 00:32 Saturday, though not on
FM or LW in the UK.

For those not so much into his taste in music, there's a special edition
of John Peel's Saturday morning programme 'Home Truths', presented by
Roger McGough. It's on BBC Radio 4 at 9am BST (0800 GMT). Will be
available as streamed audio from www.bbc.co.uk/ either live, or any time
via the 'Listen Again' facility.
