Not sure at what time they switched their format, but in English at 0500 (EST).

They were in English just after midnight CST, with a few hours of
Reagan speeches. Not sure if it continued all the way up to 5 CST, but
at 5 Bill Bennett started the lineup, followed at 8 by Laura Ingraham.

I'm loving it! Bill's a little early for my normal day, but I'll manage
to work him in from time to time.
