It meets all the criteria, and isquite sensitive on its whip.
Battery life is exceptionally good and comes complete
with carry pouch,earbuds and even 2 AA batteries.
I bought mine from J & R Misic for under $30.00
including shipping. I undersyand Radioshack carries
this also,
