Logged a shortwave broadcast in Mandarin Chinese at 23:30 UTC last night
at a strong S7 for 30 minutes. Is this CRI? My 5 year old Passband
book doesn't list it as one of their frequencies.

China National Radio uses that frequency for Mandarin.

(It was used in the A04 season, and I would expect it to be used in the
B04 as
well.)
