I don't think "she" will listen.

I think it will be far more effective to send abuse complaints to:



Clearly, "she" is mentally unbalanced, making references to me
personally, where I live, my wife's name, etc.

"She" is obviously willing to go waaaay over the edge, so I don't
think it will do you any good to appeal to "her" better nature. Better
to send a complaint to the address above, and hope the Verizon will
do the right thing, and at least send her a warning.
