Messenger in other mailings? I've received the
English language Messenger in mailings from the
French Service.
So an English schedule would be confusing to other
language listeners. They put out their own schedule
pamphlets but no magazine, stuffing their envelopes
with New Year cards at this time of year, and copies
of the appropriate language Beijing Review or China
Today.
(How else do you get Esperanto reading materials?)

Still the Spanish and Portguese services of CRI are the best.
