Of course, officially they have - for the U.S., Canada, Australia and
En-Zed.

Would they really want to discontinue it for some third world country
where the right to relay (on a VHF-FM station which only covers the
capitol) can easily be withdrawn if there's some controversial news
reports and where the internet, which is brought in by satellite (they
have a landline phone system from the colonial reign of George VI) can
only be accessed either if you work for a big company or go to an
internet cafe or are very rich?
