Installing WorldTime on my instantiation of XP had the curious
effect of causing "Start | Run" (run-dialog) to stop
responding. If you wanted to bring up the run-dialog, you had
to use the "WinKey-R" keyboard shortcut. Other than that, it
worked like a charm. Note that as soon as I uninstalled it,
the "Start | Run" route to the run-dialog began working again.

That is interesting. I have it on my XP with no such problem. Guess it
depends on the quirks of your specific install.
