Well, some small parts auctions are public... Parts that are probably
optional components of receivers that he has ripped out before selling...

I find the 400x300 images that he provides, in poor lighting, laughable.
Then, the auction conditions state that if any damage is apparent on the
item, and it is not pictured (in the auction), you, the buyer, are liable.
Of course, it's not pictured, the pictures are such poor resolution, and
the lighting so dim, you can't see any faults that are present. I emailed
him to see if he had higher resolution pictures for an auction, and I got
600x450 images that appeared to have jpeg compression turned fully up.
They were no better than the 400x300 images when resized with an image
editor.
