I caught them here on 6765 with their interesting interval signal just prior to
and after 1200. Then into talk by female anncr.

Interval signal again at 1204. Interesting.

Here is some further info. Actual frequency appears to be 8765.1:

According to an anmt hrd, they are b / cing wx bltns
in EG and Thai on 6765.1 / / 8743 (ex-8208) at
0000-0200, 0300-0500, 0600-0800, 0900-1100,
1200-1300, 1500-1700, 1800-2000 & 2100-2300.
Between the wx bltns a melody is hrd. I would put
this station in the same category as the Turkish
Met stn.
