I have two QSL's for Dili from 1990. One is my own prepared card, and the other
is their own card.
I'd like to see renewed activity from E. Timor, but somehow I doubt that it will
be an RRI station.
The next closest (geographically) active SW broadcaster is RSPK Ngada on
2899 kHz. However, at 500 watts they are a difficult DX catch even on the
West Coast USA. I've logged Ngada at poor levels at home, but fair-to-good
at coastal DXpeditions.
