Already been done. Tom Kneitel out of Pop Comm, Harry Helms and Havana
Moon used the FOI to obtain number station documents. Apparently the DoD
or whoever can censor words that are sensitive to national security.

I've seen the resulting bit of paper. It's all blacked out save for an
address and date.
