And of course, ICOM wasn't taken to court. They took a company to court
for not paying for radios it bought from ICOM.
I still don't see what purpose the original poster had in posting this
here, and anybody who fell into the trap of "someone won against ICOM,
we can bring suit too" didn't pay attention themselves.
