Halifax military has been having a lot of trouble reading Rescue 323.
I'm going to continue monitoring this frequency to see what develops.

By the way....thanks for the notice about the rescue. Right now, I can
hear 323 quite well...she's changed freqs to 11187....I can barely make
her out.
