That's absurd. Hate radio is paid for by advertisers who take tax
deductions on the advertising expense, then jack up the price of their
products to cover the advertising. The great unwashed pay twice.

The debate was whether NPR had a left-leaning antenna (which you
thoughtfully acknowledge).

The "unfairness" (since you brought it up) is that NPR is taxpayer funded.
How would you feel if they taxed you to subsidize the "talk radio" you
despise?
