If this link doesn't help (I've not checked it out) - perhaps get a hold of
a repeater control Op and ask them who the Repeater Frequency Coordinator is
for that region. Once you find that out, then write them and while getting
info from them, ask about the others in the State. Then from there, you can
contact others. They usually share information to help in solving
Interference problems (hopefully) before they start.

Now that I think about it, the ARRL Repeater guides have Repeater
Freq.Coordinators listed - at least they used to.
Also, that guide would be able to fill in all but any unknown repeaters. Not
so much with coordinates, but at least a location.
