Answer to Dipole Double-Resonance Problem

			Hi,

Ok, so the other thread died out, but
I thought i should give the other answer
anyhow.

One poster infered one portion of the
fix, which was the height of the dipole
was increased from 3.5 ft to 6.5 ft.

The other change we made was with
the spacing BETWEEN the 1/4 wave
elements; i had originally made the
elements too far apart.

Bringing them closer together and
raising the height improved the SWR
and made the antenna resonant at
only one frequency within 88-108 MHz
(not including harmonics).

Thanks for playing!
