It doesn't have to say cell. If you would know that the 800 mhz band is
cell, you can just assume it's in there if not blocked adn you didn't say
anything about blocked. Don't be such a dick when a guy is trying to
explain something to you. YOu end up with some attitude adn some
reference to a cat which makes no sense and makes you sound like the lid.
Some post also ask if this was a trunking scanner? If it's not trunked,
you're going to sell a basically worthless piece of gear because,
excluding cell in the 800 meg band, the only other thing there of
interest is police and they are practically all, trunked.
The guy is trying to say it's against the law to sell equipment that is
not blocked for illegal freqs like the 800 meg band, that's all. He then
says you are selling a radio for a premium price that isn't going to copy
much of what is going on with the 800 meg band. Pure and simple since
you're talking about simple.
YOu mention lid but if you are not aware of cell blocked 800 mhz
requirments and trunked capabilities that your radio doesn't have, you
might be the lid.
If you have bad day, keep it to yourself and don't be a dick to the whole
world.
I guess then I should say the surface mount device is in place.
Does this make the scanner legal? Shall I sell my Alinco DR-570T?
I am certainly aware of the scanners capabilities but if it is stock why should it matter?
