Usually what happens with the illegal high power amps is the return from
doubling the power output results in a received S-meter increase of only

one
unit, a trap in the beam blows, checkbook balance is zero, fear of a grid
disaster from mistune is double, and blower noise is four times. Put the $
in one more beam director element!!

Offering a new,out of the box, pristine, dummy load tested only,
Henry 5K Original owner. Too powerful
for my station. $3500 firm.

Hmmm.. so you shelled out $4 grand, got it in the house,
plugged it into a dummy load, and said 'dang - too much
power'??? Did you ever consider not running it full tilt?
Why would a guy spend that kind of scratch, without reading
just 'how powerful' the amp was in the first place?

Something doesn't make much sense here.
