Just to note that the net pattern of a real dipole near the ground is NOT
its classic, free-space form to begin with, and could vary as it is rotated
as a function of varying environmental effects.
It's probably more important to worry about the mins than the maxes, but no
doubt you won't exactly know in which directions any of them exist, anyway.
