Did you look at your radiation pattern on 15m with that
12m long radiator? TOA = 41 degrees. To get a 5/8
WL vertical on 15m, it shouldn't be that long.

Also coiling the wire may cause a nasty self-resonance
setting your frequency upper limit lower than you want.
