the only thing i have found is TRX manager and it will only allow you to
program the memories
the rigs running under CIV where never intended to be computer
programmed like the VHF/UHF rigs that use a programming cable such as
the IC2100 or V8000 where you can set the TX freq Rx freq PL tone and such
TRX Manager isnt nearly that slick
