Well, not really. Holland is essentially another name for the
Netherlands. There are two provinces that have Holland in their names
though.

For whatever reason today they are only on 17,875 out of Sackville.
Good signal from them but all the signals from the antilles are missing
on 17,725 and 17,810 and 15315. I was listening from 19:30 to 20:00 UTC.
