The big race is coming up.
That's next Sunday. Oh, you mean the shootout.
Any predictions? I'll take J. Gordon
Bandwagon jumper.
Not me, never really liked the Novato native. He hasn't
shown his stuff since the "team" started to break apart,
just shows you how good that "Team" was.
I dunno man, seems you can never count that guy out. He may have
won it all again last year if nascar hadn't changed the rules.
.
as Jr's
new team needs to get the bugs out. The Dodge boys will make a run
but
the drivers are not impressive IMHO. F the Fords...
I'll pull for Awesome Bill from Dawsonville. He's driving a retro
Coors
car for Chip Ganassi tonight instead of driving for Evernham.
I hope he does good. Meet Bill at Sears Point Raceway, we were
there for the Wednesday Night drags, They had the track closed
for Nascar Practice. Anyway, he was done practicing and needed help
pushing the car onto the trailer, asked us to help,
no problem. Sat there and BS'd with him for a half hour then
he had to go, just a down to earth guy back then, sure he still is.

Cool. he's a class act. I think he's only going to run a dozen or
so races this year..
JG is unliked by a lot of nascar fans but i follow him as he brings a
persona to the sport which brings in more attention to it. besides that
he is a good driver. love or hate him he has helped popularize the sport
Oh don't get me wrong Jim, he & JR's been one of the best things to
happen to Nascar for years. It's brought a lot of young
people to help bolster the fan base and it will help carry Nascar
into the future.
He's an excellent driver, he just doesn't do anything for me.
Jr, I feel is more of character along with being a good driver too.
He has all his old man's skills, along with his image, but a style
that personify the modern era.

Should be a good race none the less. I know where I'll be Sunday. Parked
in front of the Sony with a couple of cold ones (OK more than a couple)
and my dogs at my feet hehehe.
I got a new keg on order, so the beer will be fresh
and cold! Screw the dogs

Hey my German Short Hair Pointer won best of
show at the Westminster last night, Killer!
