They gave those out to the first thousand people that delivered a reception
report to the station when it first went on the air. I managed to snag one for
a report on 4 Feb. 1982 on a frequency of 17895 kHz. J. Mark Costello III did
indeed sign them and there is even a WRNO seal on the lower left corner.


Guess I'm one (and you too) of the lucky 1000 then!
