Is that what you do for a living, George?
(I am in a related field to the subject in
question. )
It seems like you're up to date on such things.
(Thats why it is funny
as a fart in a space suit to watch twisty try to tell me what i mean and
what is reality all this from 1800 miles away. )
In this case it's common sense. No gives a 1
mph speeding ticket, not even in a school
zone.
I dunno know about that. From what I can read, it's called "Zero
Tolerance" and has been practiced in just about each state at one time
or another. I found several articles referencing it in California on the
very first search, especially San Francisco to Reno.
Also, check out Waldo or Lawtey in Florida along with Speedtrap on
google. They are the nations only designated speed traps by AAA AND ABC
National News. Peter Jennings did a story, as did numerous other
media....check it out. Waldo most certainly hands tickets out for what
you would THINK is ridiculous speeds. But wait.....the majority of those
ticketed are out of state drivers, as 301 is a main artery for vehicles
from 95 coming to the west coast of Florida. So when the ticket is
received,,your ONLY recourse, is coming back to Florida to fight the
ticket in this back, jerkwater town, or paying it. Care to guess what
happens in just about every single ticket ever written in this town?
Lawtey is the same way.
