Gee,,,that's because only State Cops are permitted to have them in Pa.
Gee, then that makes pennsy not really a
radar state
Here you are redefining what you "really" meant. Now you are
back-pedaling with "Pa is not REALLY a radar state". LMAO, Again,,if it
was a non-radar state, radar would not be implemented by the
authorities. In fact, you are the only one I have ever heard ue the term
"non-radar" state when the state does in fact, use radar. Can you cite a
single source where you took this phrase from? Perhaps a link or provide
for it?
Any idea how many tropers and police officers
are in Pa, Ill bet one county in Florida alone
has more radar than the whole state of PA.
The Department has about 540 Decatur
Genesis Handheld radar units. The
Department also has about 250 other radar
units made by a different manufacturer.

Absent is a date, or a reference to what department...it could be a
single state polic department in any number of counties in Pa..but as an
always trusting type guy, I'll go ahead and give you the benefit of the
doubt and assume (against my better judgement) that the entire state
police department of Pa has only the amount of radar detectors you
claim. One would also assume, the department feels it adequate for the
amount of roads they must cover, or they would have more, with all the
money being poured into the coffers of domestic agencies, post-911. It
all boils down to the state police department being equipped with radar,
which results in claiming "Pa is a non-radar state", being incorrect.
Now, surely you aren't going to invoke the (limited?) number of radar
units in the state, as the criteria for determining your definition of
a non-radar state, this late in the thread, are you? David T. Hall Jr.
did the same exact thing when it was demonstrated he fails to abide by
his own invoked criteria for determining what he holds as a federal
criminal. Then again, several people have illustrated his failure to
hold himself to his own standards.
