I agree that generally there is no reason to use Q-codes on voice.


Well I use phonetics on CW. ;-)

So do I. Sending CW is so much fun that I spell everything out
phonetically in Morse Code.

For instance, CQ is sent "c h a r l e y q u e b e c" It just makes
the good times last longer.
