Only when they're a block or wedge used as a prop behind or under an object

If I, a Scot, were to drink a Scotch I would be a Scot with a Scotch and not
a Scotch with a Scotch, but I could also be a Scotched Scot. With the second
drink I could be a Scotched Scot with a Scotch but never a Scotched Scotch
with a Scotch. After several Scotchs, I could be Scotched Scot or a Scotched
out Scot. I am sure this is much clearer now.
