I was listening to Joyce Riley this morning on 9985 and they began

contains NO BLACKS.
So? What does that have to do with it?
It's almost as if someone is deliberately setting up the situation for a
MIStrial instead of a trial or for getting it later overturned, no
matter what the verdict.
This was also deleted and gives the answer to your question. I don't
know WHO disallowed the seating of blacks on the jury. It could have
been the prosecutor thought they might vote a block vote FOR Jackson.
It could be JACKSON, or his attorney, didn't feel he could get a fair
shake from the blacks because of his apparent desire to distance himself
from the black race, and the male gender I might add, by 'becoming' a
white woman! That is, if Joyce's quote was based on fact! There are
four males and eight women on the jury, if memory serves me correctly.
Besides, Jackson isn't black anyways.
I thought that point was made in the part you deleted. His DNA might
say otherwise, though. Didn't I quote Joyce as saying, "Where else can
you be born a BLACK BOY and grow up to be a WHITE WOMAN? ... Only in
America!"
