I doubt if he is a judge anymore but so-called judge Donald Thompson
(Thomson?) in Tulsa,Oklahoma or somewhere around there,got caught last
year sitting behind that bench and he was slicking up his dick and
useing a pecker pump on hs dick.The lady who works there said he has
done it several times before.
