rt 1 doesnt have any lights on it, that would be rt 13
Yeah but the plans were for Rt1 to be a limited access toll road that
would bypass 13. What happened is Rt1 is a limited road mileage wise and
still has tolls. 13 has plenty of local speed traps to boot.
