If you want info, you more or less have to scrounge it up yourself. For
starters, google rain report, arrl and the FCC for FCC enforcement logs,
reports & activity. There are other sources out there...

The FCC's enforcement bureau page is http://www.fcc.gov/eb/ which may have
some information whenever they get around to it and stop worrying about
whether an episode of "Will and Grace" was obscene...
