Yes, he said that "there is no plan for military action, at the same
time, all options are on the table" or something very close. I don't see
how anybody expects to take him seriously. Will you or won't you invade
Iran, Mr. President? Yes or no? I bet that there's a LOT of debate
internally in the administration as to whether to invade Iran, however I
suspect that Bush has already made up his mind to invade.

For those in North America who can't regularly hear Iran in English,
Radio Havana does a good job of presenting the Iranian view on this
subject. Cuba is on 6000 and 9820 khz between 0100 and 0700, but I find
6000 khz around 0200 to be the best for me.
