Just an announcement if anyone was interested. If I was backing off the
project, I probably would have just kept my yap shut until someone asked.

There are only so many people to do things, and with the need
arising in the QSO party, which is of the "show must go on" sort of nature,
the path was pretty clear.

Self-appointed heros tend to die young.

Actually, I never got around to appointing the Hero... ;^)

It will be as much work as the balloon project.
