Copied in Southwestern PA, 0332 UTC, 4028 KHz USB Icom R-75, indoor wire
antenna around room.
Very weak, mostly inaudible. There is indeed a noise as if an electric
motor at high speed was running in the background. (a big motor) The noise
is centered on 4028 KKz, disappearing within 2 KHz above and below the
signal.
