There are several reasons why low power AM broadcasting is important,
Bob.

First off, if you do live in a small town or community, it surely can
pay you to sell advertising or announcements. It is being done now.

Second, if you offer a format or service no one else in the area is
offering, your little investment could turn into a profitable part time
job.

But thirdly, there are those out there that either wanted to work at a
radio station or would love to own one, and there aren't too many people
who can afford that.

It's an opportunity, but if you aren't interested, why did you bother to
post?
