Self firing guns? Push a button and the gun does the rest? And when the
gun kills all the innocent students in the class too, the parents can't
sue because "it was the gun's fault"?

Guns don't kill, people kill.

Also, if the gun box can be opened with the push of a button, it's not
exactly in a "safe lock box", is it?

There are lock boxes with five digit push button combinations.

These are the same people who suggested arming first graders after that
girl was shot in Michigan. Do you think a six year old can be taught to
use a gun responsibly, considering all the six year olds who play with
"toy" guns only to discover that the gun is NOT a toy and that their
best friend is dead?

It's called training. Kids should be taught to not touch a gun and get
an adult to take care of it.

That's what I love about kooks, they're so easy to make fun of because
they don't have the mental capacity to think through their inane ideas.
Put a kook in front of a mike, speaking off the cuff, and it's even more
fun. That's why SW radio is Kook Central, any kook who can pay the dough
can get on the air and make a total fool of himself (usually a him,
except in rare cases).

You sound like a kook yourself at times.
