Radio Vlaanderen International f/d "Koksijde" QSL card and sticker in
11 days for web report. This web report submission thing is kinda
nice....it does get the report there reliably and saves a few cents in
postage.

I understand they're stopping English services (if theyhaven't
already). This is a far cry from the old Beligiese Radio en Televisie
of the late 70s. They had great programing...

Course I remember when Radio Luxembourg had the best English service
on AM back in the days of the cold war.... Kept me company on many
late nights at the site.
