I disagree with your new course of action to turn it all FA posts on
rec.radio.swap. The guys who post FA on the newsgroups did not turn you
in, reporting them to ebay will only make bad matters worse. You won't
be hurting the person who turned you in.

If I were you I'd go back to your bidders list and offer it for sale off
ebay, and they do owe you a refund for a discontinued listing.
