Oh my. I see you're still reading Usenet via Google. The ellipsis is
a dead giveaway.

: letters, as well as *all* of the original letters. He is the
: only one

Also, Google's word wrap is terrible. Look how badly my own post is
quoted. I guess that you've run out first rate USPs. Been kicked off
too many of them, eh?

: No, YOU posted a copy of the letter to the newsgroups after it
: came out, tubby. It was available on the Rain Report website
: before Hap decided not to keep posting them.

I think you have me confused with someone else. There were many who
(re)posted the copies of the letters, including Woger Wiseman. Too
bad he's not around to straighten this whole thing out.

: One does not get retested "twice." You must be Lennie. Too
: stupid to even get a ham license.

I would think that you can be retested as often as the FCC directs.
In fact, I'd be willing to bet on it. Too bad Woger isn't around to
let us know how many times he was retested. I personally think that
anyone who believes in negative SWR might have to be tested several
times. Add the jamming to that mix, and I can envision four or five
retests.

: Oh, you are the one who posted that the Marshall County, Alabama
: website was the one for Marshall County, West Virginia.

No, I just said it was Marshall County. And it was. WOGER was the one
who assumed that I meant West Virginia.

And how is it that you retain and bring up that post after years have
elapsed? After all, you're not Woger and the comments were clearly
directed at him.

If I hadn't accepted your word that you aren't Woger, I'd start to
suspect that you could be prevaricating. [Jbtre guvaxf gung ynfg jbeq
