For One and All,

If you can not receive the BBC via Radio; and you need
your daily 'fix' of the BBC; then you should consider
trying to Listen to the BBC via the Internet (WWW).

I listen on the internet mostly to BBC7 (I'm listening to an ancient
Goon show right now - I Was Monty's Treble) and BBC Radio 4.

However, it should be noted that I have never gotten a "transmitter
overloaded" error on shortwave and it's a lot harder for the King of
Nepal to block shortwave than internet or local FM transmission.

Note that if you're going to listen on the internet you don't have to
listen to BBCWS. You can listen to any over-the-air radio station and,
in addition, satellite radio stations like BBC7.
